The Foxglove Solar project (“Project”) is a 75 MW solar facility proposed by Foxglove Solar, LLC. The proposed project is approximately 668 acres located south of Marlboro Road, north of Vaucluse Road, and bisected by Hites View Road, and generally west of Stephens City in Frederick County.
