POSTPONED HEARING NOTICE

Regarding the captioned matter, the pre-hearing conference that was previously scheduled for Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Maryland Public Service Commission is now cancelled. It will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. The pre-hearing conference will concern Morgnec Road Solar, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission.
