NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING 

A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., via virtual platform, concerning Porter Mill, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission. 

If you would like to speak at the hearing, please send an email to [email protected] by Monday, 12:00 Noon on October 30, 2023. Otherwise, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube Channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. Any questions about the hearing should be directed to [email protected].  

Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Chief Clerk, Jamie Bergin, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9710. Pursuant to the Commission’s March 13, 2020 Notice of Waiver and Relaxed Filing Requirements, no paper copies need be submitted if the filing is public in nature and no more than 25 pages in length. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission’s “e-file” system for filing.
