Environmental Impact
- Minimal disturbances to wetlands, streams, and other environmentally sensitive areas within the project site.
- Crystal Hill Solar will utilize sheep grazing to maintain vegetation and improve soil conditions throughout the lifetime of the facility.
- Use is long-term, but temporary, and the land can be reclaimed for farming, timberland, etc.
- Annually power 10,800 homes while offsetting 61,700 metric tons of CO2.*
